RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Original receipt is needed for exchange or return within 7 days from date of purchase.

  • Product can be exchange or return provided that the product is in new and in original condition with price tag and sticker, if any.

  • Original item is required.

  • Item purchased outside of Singapore is not eligible for exchange or return.

  • Products that were sold at marked down prices due to existing defects are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • No refund for all items. Customer has the option to exchange for another item of the same or higher value. The higher value item (if applicable) will be charge on the difference.

 

Instructions for Returns:

  • If the item is defective, you may contact us within 7 days.

    • Customer Service Contact Details:

  • Our customer service will arrange for an appointment date for you to bring the item down for exchange at our warehouse or deliver to you with a 1 to 1 exchange.

  • For delivery / collection of the defective item, please note that the defective item MUST be return to us upon delivery of the new item. Should we unable to collect back the defective item, then we will consider it as being sold as new.
